Job Description:

We are seeking a Business Analyst/Salesforce Admin to provide Salesforce administration services to our association and non-profit customers in our Arlington, VA office. In this role, you will be deployed to our customer sites to provide technical oversight of their Fonteva association management software to ensure its alignment with business requirements.

Responsibilities include:

  • Management of their database on the Salesforce.com platform for all organization users, and update data and contacts
  • Perform routine and basic administration:
  • Manage Custom Dashboards, Fields, Objects and Triggers
  • Troubleshoot issues within the system and previously created custom fields, objects and triggers
  • Manage system configurations and customizations
  • Work with other staff and vendors on integrations
  • Define, communicate, and manage the release / enhancement process to develop and implement new applications and updates to the systems
  • Run reports and build custom dashboards
  • Assist staff in learning and using Salesforce.

Desired Skills and Experience

1+ years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator
Salesforce Admin 201 certification
Proficiency with Salesforce.com as well as Salesforce Automation Tools and Demand Tools
Experience or familiarity with associations and/or non-profits a plus
Ability to simplify processes from a user perspective and communicate technical information to a non-technical audience
Self-directed and detail-oriented.
