Business Analyst (Customer Success)
We are seeking a Business Analyst/Salesforce Admin to provide Salesforce administration services to our association and non-profit customers in our Arlington, VA office. In this role, you will be deployed to our customer sites to provide technical oversight of their Fonteva association management software to ensure its alignment with business requirements.
Desired Skills and Experience
1+ years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator
Salesforce Admin 201 certification
Proficiency with Salesforce.com as well as Salesforce Automation Tools and Demand Tools
Experience or familiarity with associations and/or non-profits a plus
Ability to simplify processes from a user perspective and communicate technical information to a non-technical audience
Self-directed and detail-oriented.
